I’ve been to a number of printer tours, but nothing as cool as this. This type of lithography may not be the most need-to-know part of our education, but it’s pretty incredible - and teaches the basic science of offset printing. The video above was taken at a 2 day lithography workshop - I’m going to start looking for classes like this around my area!

    Came across this blog through a friend’s.

    Quick correction. Just wanted to say that [modern] lithography is the most popular printing process used in North America. So, it is a need-to-know, at least for printers. I took a whole class on modern lithography.
